I had the most wonderful experience buying carpet at Shillings. I have wood floors in my house and needed my stairways carpeted. My contractor told me with the bannisters, it would require intricate work and recommended Shillings. Everyone I worked with was professional, experienced, and willing to help in any way. Shilling's came highly recommended to me by several neighbors. I see why. They did a great job from start to finish. Julie and Terry helped me choose the right colors for my staircases and even found a suitable remnant for one of them, which saved me money. I visited the store on a Thursday afternoon and had an installed carpet by the next Tuesday afternoon. The Shilling's crew--Aiden and Nate--did a fast, very neat, professional job and were a pleasure to have in my house. I found Shilling's price for two 13-step staircases and a landing to be very reasonable. I won't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others.

Second time using Shillings for carpet and everytime their work is absolutely fantastic. Anytime you have a concern they are very quick to address it and take care of you. Just had steps carpeted and they did an absolutely amazing job. Highly recommended for anyone to use in south bend. Easy 5 out of 5. They don't even ask people to leave reviews but they definitely deserve one.
